Hey I'm having a very hard time trying to find out how to unlock an iPhone 4S in Canada. The phone is locked to Rogers and I need to unlock it for bell. I found plenty of programs but they only work for US phones. I probably need a Rogers sim card to do it but I'm wondering if there's a way do unlock the iPhone without one. Thanks.

As far as I know there is currently no way to unlock the iPhone 4S. Check out a company called Gevey; they may be able to offer a solution but I've been out of the game for a while and am a little fuzzy on my facts.
