Hi,
My iPhone has 02.10.04 base band, if I pay for the unlock, what'll happen to my current JB ?

There is no unlock for baseband 2.10. If you pay someone, they will string you along until a free one, most likely an update of Ultrasnow, is release. Ultrasnow is always available free to install through Cydia. Thus, you can install it without losing your current JB.

Depends on who you're paying.

If you're not in America, you can get a factory unlock. Some carriers charge you for that. In Australia, Virgin Mobile does not.

I meant if I pay the phone service provider to unlock my phone, how does this process interfere with my jailbreak ?

won't interfere at all, at the contrary it makes your jb experience simpler since you don't have to worry about the BB anymore.
