Jailbreak has nothing to do with unlock.
Your only options are the options that were available before the jailbreak.
Unlocking your phone is possible. You can get in contact with your provider or buy a 3rd party unlock.
Not curently.
Only way to unlock is to ask your carrier or buy an imei unlock if available for your locked iPhone.
