Without finding a previous thread regarding this.

My iPhone 7 would automatically unlock my watch, quicker/easier than unlocking both separately.

Unless I am missing a setting, my watch does not unlock when I unlock my XS.

Thoughts?

It works as expected on my S4 / Xs Max. Make sure the setting is switched ON in the Watch app (My Watch > Passcode > Unlock with iPhone). It's possible that the switch got turned off.

Thanks! I had that setup on my iPhone 7 and it may have been deactivated with the new phone.
