Will unofficial earbuds for the apple in ear headphones work as they should?

Those work just great. Comfortable, better sound isolation, and fully compatible. There are no places you can get replacement ear buds. Sucks, cause they come out too easily for me.

I didn't need replacement earbuds yet, so I don't know if the quality is any good.
