My watch was unpaired due to a reset of my iPhone. Ive got my activity from the day saved on the watch, but to pair it I have to reset it. Any way to not lose my data? Ive got a perfect record of hitting my goals and this will mess that up:(.

From my own experience, there is no way to save the data on your watch. When you repair with your iPhone, it will ask if you want to restore from your last watch backup from your iPhone.

Something similar happened to me a month into the Apple Watch.

Sorry but your data is toast.

Like others have said any data not saved on the previous iPhone and backed up is DOA. I had the same issue while beta testing an early version of iOS9 and lost over 34 days of data.

Darn, thanks though. I did restore, pair, and had time to reach my goals for the day, so at least my streak is alive:)

I know it doesn't help you now but next time, unpair your watch before resetting your phone, that way you won't lose anything.
