Unread marks

Anyone know why, if I go to a thread which happens to be the only unread thread left in the forum, read all the pages (especially the last one, otherwise it won't get marked as read), then go back to the main forum index, the container forum is still marked as having unread posts in it? If I then go back to the container forum in question then back to the index, the unread marks update as they should.

Also, for some strange reason, if I leave the forum long enough for my session to be marked inactive, then return, sometimes, a bunch of my subscribed threads will be randomly marked as unread when they really aren't.

Are you using the Back button to go back to the index? If so, you may be seeing a cached version of it. Does the problem go away if you reload the index page?

I am NOT using the back button to go back to the Index page. Reloading the index page does NOT help. Only going back to the forum resets the marks to the state they should be in.
