Mine is the iPAD Pro 11 inch, M4 from 2024;

Model MVW13BZ/A, 256 GB, wifi + cel, I believe July 2024 is the purchase date.

I am using the last iPAD-OS version.

I noticed that compared to my iPhone 14 Plus, the battery of this iPAD is always draining for no reason. Even if I am not using it. I know this is how batteries work, but it seriously looks like it's wrong, because this device has been wasting a lot more than all others I have used so far, including iPADs.

I have disabled Background App Refresh, I don't think this is one of the reasons. Is it just me or the Battery settings now doesn't show properly what app has been doing this in the last day or week? Regardless of what is causing it, do I need to do something specific for it to last more? Battery health is 99% if I am not mistaken, with 89 cycles.

When mine is asleep it doesn't drain at all, I could put it to sleep at 80% on a Friday. Go out for the weekend and come back for it to maybe go down 1%. I have all sorts of widgets going, all notifications on but I did turn off background app refresh to apps that I don't need push/widgets for, so I come home to 50 notifications. It did drain ALOT during the early versions of iPADO26 Beta, but now the battery life is great. This is on a 13 inch M4 BTW.
