unregister iWork before selling—necessary?

I bought iWork '08 family pack. I'll want to sell my copies of iWork '05 and iWork '06 (should be able to get something for them).

I know OS X and iLife are on the honor system... there's no serial number. But there is for iWork. Do I have to (and how do I) unregister the old versions prior to selling them?

To my knowledge, its sufficient to just delete the Application file its support files / folders.

I don't think the new owner will have any issue activating the software on their system.
