So I was trying to just find out warranty info on my work macbook and I accidentally registered it. Is there anyway to unregister it?

if there is, it would be through Apple. I'd suggest calling customer service and asking them.

Your MacBook should've been registered since purchase?
Why wouldn't you want it registered though?

AppleCare might be able to help you, but since you are not the owner (just the user) your company representative may need to be the one to remedy your situation...
