Hello, for the past three weeks or so, the touch screen of my iPhone 6s+ sometimes are not responsive. This happens especially when I pressed Settings. The screen went blank in white and took a long time before something was displayed. Sometimes I had to press the home button and tried several times. Toggling between using cell phone data or not is also not responsive. Is this a hardware or software issue?
