I received my iPhone a couple weeks ago and just a few days ago part of the screen is unresponsive! I have shut down and restarted the device many times! I have an iPhone 5s and I don't want to spent much money getting it repaired! Is there a way of fixing it or how much money it is to have apple repair it?

Thanks

If you only got it recently you might be able to return it and exchange it. Or at least take it to Apple to get them to fix it or replace it under warranty.

Well I did not get it from apple, I got it from T-Mobile so I don't know if there's a warranty on it or if apple will repair it for free or cheap!

Apple is the manufacturer so there's still warranty from them.

any luck from apple on your unresponsive screen. I have the same problem. was wondering how it was fixed

chat with apple support resolved my problem, went to settings and did a reset all
