It just started happening is my touchpad button is getting really hard to respond. As hard as I press the sides, it won't register; I have to hit the middle really hard for anything to register.

And it's rocking…

Think Apple will fix this or tell me it's cosmetic.

I also hope it's repaireable and I don't have to get a new top case as I don't want to have to buy a new Moshi Palmguard.

Man, Im having the same issue! some times when dragging some thing, holding with the button, it releases itself when still pressed... I have to hit really hard on the button to make sure that it wont release! its really annoying, as I do almost everything clicking with the button (I dont like to tap click)

Too bad for me that the nearest Apple Authorized Service is 800km away... so I almost get used with this issue! :(

Yeah that's too bad. Well I set up an appointment for tomorrow. I hope it's a quick fix.

I just wanted to update:

The part arrived today, but they didn't call me or anything like they said they would.

They told me 24-48 hr turnaround, so hopefully it'll be fixed.

I had to order a new Moshi Palmguard
