Hi. When i download stuff, i always get a very unstedy speed. it jumps from 0 to 2 MB to 0 to 2MB all the time - well actually on a very steady rate. See attached istat image. Im connected to a 2TB Time capsule, but i also had the problem on my old belkin router. Any way to fix this?

No thanks - i dont have acces to a cable everywhere - on trains etc, and dont wanna run a 20 meter cable though the appartment to go online.
