Untethered 4S jailbreak progress from pod2g

Is this his 5.0.1 jb? I'm curious to know if we can update yet or not. Can't tell if musclenerd is working on a jb or not.
 
due to MN updated his redsn0w for 5.0.1 ...i think its ok now.

and pod2g just bought that 4S ...pretty sure its 5.0.1

these are my views...could be wrong.

Thanks for the Edit, most people would just ignore it, but All i trying to do is not to trash the forums, if we make a thread every time he made an update on the blog then we will be a mirror of his blog, would be better to keep the discussion in a single thread (when possible). :D
 
It would be a nice Christmas present to have it released soon. I'm getting sick of the confines of an unjailbroken 4S.

Me too, I dont get how there are some people who are okay with iOS 5 or that its doing okay....not having it jailbroken is driving me nuts...so many tweaks that after having for 2 years, it is hard to go back...I need tweaks for the notification center, i.e. when you clear a sms in notification center it clears the badge and marks it as read....at least I hope something exists like that. If not, there is always lockinfo

I have been muddling through okay. There are several things that I miss daily (SB Settings, 5 icon dock, etc.), but the situation is nowhere near as bad as it was in iOS 3 days. There are numerous things I used to have to jailbreak for which have now been incorporated into iOS: multitasking, folders, lock screen iPod controls, wallpapers, BlueTooth AVRCP, WiFi sync.

That said, bring on the jailbreak, please!

sbsettings and remove background are my two big things that it drives me nuts to not have

other things that are very important
a better tap to unlock in winterboard
folder closer
multiconmover
password pilot
phone closer
quickreply
springtomize

and will probably go with lockinfo again unless there are some solid notification center tweaks
