Untitled DVD won't delete

I tried to burn a picture slideshow onto a blank DVD on my MacBook Pro. It didn't work, I got frustrated, so then I tried to delete it. Now, the untitled DVD folder is still on my desktop and it won't delete. Whenever I try to drag it to trash, it pulls up the finder, and doesn't let me click anything on my finder and just keeps making that annoying beeping noise.

I tried to restart my computer, but it won't let me do that either.
