Is there a way to output live log video from 16 Pro via the USB-C port for use as a camera in OBS? I see you can add a LUT to a camera in OBS. Just curious!

Not really. I can get my camera to show in OBS without that app. But my curiosity was if I could get even better video — as we know is possible when recording using log.
