I have a mid 2012 13 inch i5 MBP and as of recently when I boot up the machine a loading bar appears as if I am downloading new software after i login in. This can take a few minutes as well resulting in a delayed bootup time. All software is up to date and the laptop is in perfect physical condition, it is running a bit slow but I am planning on upgrading to an SSD. Any help or advice as to why this is happening or anyways i could get rid of it would be greatly appreciated.
