So I've read around that a lot of people have problem with the last generation macbook pro jack. This one seems different. The sound will randomly jump from headphone, to internal speakers, to digital.
At random. I'll be listening to something with external speakers and it'll randomly jump back and forth from internal to external speakers, and then maybe to nothing at all. It doesn't do this all the time. Just at times it'll do it for a half hour and is very annoying.

I mean, I have apple care and I'm gonna take it in when I get back to the states. Right now I'm traveling. When I'm gaming the game will freeze when the sound system jumps. I was wondering if there's a way to just shut down the sound system completely so I can play. Or any ideas.
