Up and down arrows on MBP

Is there a way to get the up and down arrows on a MBP to scroll up and down faster? It seems quite slow to me.

Dont need a unibody MBP. Any MB/MBP from 2006 onward will work.

And with http://iscroll2.sourceforge.net/ even iBooks can do it. PowerBooks since 2005 were able to do that too.

Yes, that's why I edited my post when I remembered.

The two fingered scroll, and the three fingered forward/back navigation is so useful, I find myself trying it on non-Macs on the few occasions I need to do so. Even mouse/external keyboard is slow and annoying now.
