Ok, so whenever I hit the up arrow, a new program/application comes into focus. I could be writing this post and if I needed to move up one line in the text, hitting the up arrow will bring up a different program that is running. This time it is Adium. Other times it has been other program but it is really annoying. I have tried to go into the system preferences and look to see if the up arrow is set as a shortcut to anything, but as far as I can tell it isn't. I have tried to reset all shortcuts back to the default and that doesn't do anything either.
