Up graded to EL Capitan Question

Hi just upgraded to EL Capitan and,The tool bar at the top of the page keeps hiding is there any way to stop that. Also can the tool bar at the top be any bigger? It is very small. Thanks

Open System Preferences and in the General pane uncheck the box I marked in my screenshot to stop the menu bar from hiding. No way to make it larger that I know of.

If you open System Prefs and in the Accessibility panel under Display there is a checkbox to increase contrast. That seems to help.
