Is iTunes' Up Next feature on iOS 7? Thanks!

From the few screenshots I've seen it looks like the icon is present in the Music app top bar, but I would like confirmation of this also!

From the few screenshots I've seen it looks like the icon is present in the Music app top bar, but I would like confirmation of this also!

That icon takes you to the list of songs on the specific album you are listening to, it is not the up next function even though its the same icon used as up next un itunes for mac
