Hey,

I ordered an up to date copy of Leopard, i ordered literally October 1st, so i was lucky :)

My question is...what would be the best way to install Leopard? I would prefer to do a clean install, but i want to keep the iLife 08 suite that my computer came with?

What are my options?

P.S. This is my first mac, so im a little new to all this.

Thanks

What are my options?

1. Update. I've never had any problem with that. Backup first to be safe.

2. Archive & Install. It will make a copy of your previous system but preserve everything else.

3. Clean Install. Reinstall iLife from the disks that came with your machine. You will have to reinstall everything else too. That's what wiping the disk clean means.

HTH Best wishes.
