up to date program?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if I could get some help with the up-to-date program.

I submitted a application and fill it out with the receipt from the store beside me. When I got to the spot where I had to send a picture of my receipt I used the emailed one from the store.

People said they got a response quickly. I sent the application in at about 3 a.m. Is there any way for me to check up on it?
