Up to date recommendations for Mac technician training books

Hi everyone, I am looking into employment opportunities with Mac certified resellers or repair shops. I would want to eventually take the necessary ACMT exams. So I would be really grateful if anyone could give me some names of useful books to help in the training process, as well as those that ask the questions that occur in the most recent exam editions.
(I did find some posts on MacRumors about this, but the most recent one I found was from 2002)
