My Dell UP2414Q monitor defaults at the full 4K resolution @ 60Hz in Parallels virtual Windows 7. Text is too small though, even with a 2X font setting.
In Yosemite 10.1.1 the 2414 displays at a less than 4K "ideal for display" resolution @30Hz. Apple drivers need lotsa work and still no Apple TB 4K display.
Steve Jobs would throw up.
