Update 13.4 Focus/Screentime Multiple Prompts when adding extra time

Have you found that since upgrading to 13.4 that when your downtime focus is on, and you want to view a website for 15 minutes more, that it literally asks you like three times before allowing you to open the page? You go through the process like three times of it asking you to ignore limit and add 15 more minutes. This is the same for more time for apps as well.
