Has anyone heard of a app that will update all the apps on your iPad?

Whenever I get ready to leave a WiFi I have to remember to open all my apps that need to download new content so that I can view that when I don't have a data connection and it would be really nice if there was a app that would automatically refresh everything by running that app.

How do you propose to download content without a connection? Please advise...I would like to know how that trick works!:)
