At&t, 4.2.1 jaibroken iPhone 4.

I started getting this error a couple of days ago. It appears on both of my Mac's. I google it but all the search result pointed out to the iPad not one the iPhone. Any idea of what it is, or how to fix it?

The phone is trying to check for carrier updates, and for whatever reason, can't do it. Googleing "iPhone Carrier Updates", gets a lot of hits....
