Update doesn't show in iTunes

i want to download & restore. not a over-the-air upgrade. why does itunes not show ios 7

iTunes has changed it to the iOS7 picture already..but saying 6.1.4 is the current version..whereas a lot of people are already downloading it..xD

Probably server overload. xD

i think its stopid...still trying. over-the-air gets released first. why not both lol. apple cheaping out on server costs probaly

Don't see it in iTunes either. Attempts to install OTA fail right after I agree to the license agreement. Slammed servers, I suppose.
