Hi everyone.

I just have a question about Windows on Macbook pro

I installed windows via Bootcam ofcause but my question is.

Is it allowed to update audio, video etc drivers normally like in any other
windows system or can you only use the audio, video drivers that bootcam
installes and update via Apple Update app ?

thx. hope someone have an answer ;)

You can easily update the Nvidia/Intel drivers manually... About the audio... my MBP has Cirrus logic audio card so the drivers are only provided by Apple (they work great after installing BC 3.1). Maybe you could update the WiFi card, but if it aint broken don't break it :).
The rest of the drivers e.g. keyboard, trackpad, iSight etc... are Apple...

So in conclusion I don't see a point to update any driver except the Video card in some cases chipcase drivers...

Cool

Thx for your replay :)

So nvidia drivers will be ok to update.. good to know.
Ofcause the rest is Apple hardware and only Apple provide drivers for that.

btw, what is BC 3.1 ?

;)

Thx again
