iPhone Update from 7.0.4 to 7.0.5 or 7.1

A friend of mine has installed the version 7.0.1 with JB, how to upgrade to version 7.0.3 or 7.1 (when available) without remove JB? do not tell me not to do it .. I just want to know the procedure

You can't. Upgrading involves losing the jailbreak and then re-jailbreaking.

Restoring in any form will unjailbreak you. And you also have to understand upgrading can destroy your ability to jailbreak
