Hey guys,

I was about to install iOS 6.1.1 beta 1 on my devices but before that, I was wondering if it's possible to update OTA from a beta to the final release once it's available to all.

Thanks!

Sure you can

No, not from a beta to a GM

Really? What makes you say that? I've gone from a beta to a GM several times, on iOS as well as iOS X. In fact, the notes on the Apple developer's site specifically states you can go from beta to beta to GM/Final.

You can update from a Beta to the GM in iTunes, but NOT from a Beta to a GM OTA (Over the air.)

If you're not a developer, you just hold out installing betas, least you encounter any trouble.
