My iPhone and iPad are on the iOS 8.4 Public Beta right now. If I update to the final release of 8.4 from the Beta, will I have to download the Beta profile again for the iOS 9 Public Beta? Also, after what amount of time do Beta builds expire?

Since it seems that you need to delete the beta profile to install it, I would assume you need to re-install it for the next beta.
