Just left AT&T and the plan worked. Anyone who is goin to be a first time iPhone buyer and wants unlimited dAta can go TODAY and get a 3gs or 3g with unlimited data and swap phones out when the new on is released (and still get the subsidiZed price). They have launched the tiered plans BUT the unlimited is available until tomorow. I hope this helps anyone who was wondering if it would work.

Also remember there's a 10percent restock fee when you exchange. Luckily my store is waiving it for me
