update in App Store for Pages not working

The App Store on my new rMBP says there's an update for Pages. When I ask it to update, I get an error message saying:
Update Unavailable with this Apple ID

This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.

Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it?
