Anyone else facing this problem?

I've restarted, reopened... pretty much done everything with Software Update, but it refuses to locate the new update. I'm running DP2 U2, so what exactly is going on here?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8J2 Safari/6533.18.5)

There is a thread on the Dev forum about it as well. It has not shown up for me either. Some say it is still being rolled out but I have not had this problem before. Wait and see I guess.

Yes, I have the server installed. That seems to be the issue. Non-server Lion installs have the software update.
Hmm...

Should I reinstall without Server? Or wait it out? Then again, can it (the DP2 installer) even install over Update 2...? :/

It was pulled? Haven't heard that one. Source, please.

"Software Update - Please Do Not Install
Later today a Software Update for Lion will be released. If you are running Mac OS X Lion 10.7 Build 11A444d, a Software Update will appear named Lion Developer Preview Update. Please DO NOT install the Software Update.

We are working on posting a new build in the Mac App Store. Once it is ready we want you to try using the Mac App Store for installing the new build. We need your help making sure the process works as expected.

As soon as the Mac App Store build is available, you will receive an email with new redemption codes and new installation instructions. Until then, please continue testing the current build of Lion, 11A444d, and report any problems you encounter. We would also appreciate any time you can set aside to complete the questionnaires we have posted for this build.

Thank you for your continued participation!"

I beleive that was only sent to the users in the Customer Seeding Program, not ADC members.

It is very peculiar . I'm sure next week will bring the update for those not able to get it yet.
