update is unavaliable on iphone appstore !!

hello
strange thing happening o me for adays
when i click on app store on my iphone 5 its fine but when i click on update the screen stays white like its empty or stucked ?????
why is that ?? how it can be fixed ????

I haven't heard of this before so my WAG is to close all your recently used apps and turn your phone off and then back on.

I've had this 'glitch' since iOS 6. Usually I flick to the featured tab come out and close App Store in the multitask bar and it solves it. Restarting does too.

I have the same problem on my 4S. And this solution isn't working for me, any other ideas? I've had a couple of tweaks installed after I jailbroken the first day and everything worked fine. But I did a reboot and now my weather app won't work and my app store is stuck at "updates".
