Update Mac Address book contacts

I have about 1,150 cards in my address book and want to send an email blast asking for peeps to update them.
How can I do this?
Appreciate any help I can get.

I doubt your email provider will let you send out that many emails at once. You'll have to break it down into groups or no more than 20-30 at most.

yeah..I figured...I was wondering if there's a built in process to do this automatically...seems to me that shouldn't be too difficult for them to add!... Guess I'll devote a few hours to purging and selectively updating.
