I am using a Macbook Pro and I am currently using version 10.6.1. I was wondering if I update my mac to the latest version which is 10.6.4. Will my mac update all the previous update in version 10.6.2 or 10.6.3??? I am quite new at these kind of thing so please help me.

Yes, as it downloads a combined update of all the important updates since 10.6.1 (including security updates).
