Hello. Every time I connect my iPhone 14 pro to my 2020 Mac to back it up I get this prompt (See image A.) and when I click "install" the little window pops up and never downloads anything (See image B.). It just sits there forever with no change. My iPhone is up to date, so I'm confused. Also, when I try to check and see if my Mac needs an update, a window pops up and it just keeps spinning and never shows if I need one (see image C.) Any ideas would be awesome. Thank you!!!
