From ModMyI:

the pic is an ipad keyboard when you use the 'long' unlock pass ode method for lockscresn, that's how it is on ipad.

on the iphones the keyboard does not tuen black, rather the keys are a bit darkes and background is black.

you'll only get that balck keybaord if you have an ipad (bc it's there by default and apple supports it yata yata).

for iphones your stuck with the iphone long pass ode, a black background and slightly darker keys.

iaccess works, kind of expensive, and it seems like it is a battery hog. Not real bad, but my battery seems to be dying faster since I installed iaccess. But it looks real nice:
