Update on NBC and iTunes reuniting?

I was just wondering if there was any update on when iTunes might get NBC shows back? Last I heard Steve gave a statement saying they would fix it soon..

NBC is just being idiots. They want to prevent pirated videos from being played on the i____s, but they define shows that are converted to the i____ format from a TiVo, EyeTV, or other source to be piracy and Apple told them to get stuffed. Until NBC/Universal pulls their head out, nothing will be done, because Apple is NOT going to lock down the video portions of the i_____s just because one company is stupid, that would make them Microsoft which actually allows NBC's content flags (a piece of code imbedded in a broadcast to prevent recording or limit use of recorded content) to work, even though the FCC said that flags could not be used to control content.
