Sorry, I tried looking for threads about this, but couldn't.

I have a Summer of 2008 MBP, and I was wondering if there was an update as to whether the originally perceived problematic graphics cards were actually a problem? So far, computer has been fine, and I have Apple Care, but I'm still hoping I could keep this computer for another four years without having to worry about it dying on me..

Thanks!

Nope, there really isn't a "fix". The GPU in the Early-2008 MBP's are faulty. We really can't say ALL of them have a defect. If yours works fine, that's great if not you have AppleCare to back you up.
