Update or Restore

so when iOS 9.3 comes out is there really a big difference if you update or completely restore?

I have the iPhone 6S Plus and clean installed 9.2.

Just don't really know if there is a benefit to clean restore the iPhone for each update.

Generally no real difference as far as what you end up with.

OTA used to be a little flakey when it was first introduced.

But for quite a while (a few years) it's just as good as using iTunes. People still just carry the mentality of it being not as good bwcause of the old days.

So I won't notice much if any difference in performance or stability
