Update pop up that’s new?

did anyone else get a random pop up when they clicked update iPhone in iTunes?

Not the usual agree to update one.

It was a small box that said you need to update software to be able to update device. Then it had a 1 min 30 sec download time. I’ve never seen that before.

I got that too, but I have no idea what it was. It happened before the iOS update even started.
