Update problems

Hi!

My update to10.8.3 on an iMac27 2011 went very wrong for me. Nothing seems to work anymore, the menu are gone, cannot type any keys on the keyboard, cannot reach the time machine etc. Have done pram and smc reset but it did not help. What can I do?
