Update recovery partition to 10.12.3?

Hi,
When I need to do a clean install I currently get macOS 10.12.2 if I install it from the recovery partition or trough internet recovery.
I do understand that I can't upgrade the internet recovery situation but is an it anyway to update the recovery partition to 10.12.3?

It maybe seem as a little issue but I really want to have the latest update if I need to make a recovery due to the bugs that are in 10.12.2.
