I'm tryna update to ios 8 on my iPhone, and it just keeps going between downloading an update requested.. Am I missing something? Or is it just because so many people are trying to download it right now?

More than likely, it is a server load issue.

Did you move out of range of wifi?

Yeah keep it on WiFi if you're doing OTA. LTE won't let you download..

Just put in your credit card and it will begin downloading-
